HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?

- Permanent DOES NOT mean indestructible. Your jewelry is a precious metal. Please treat your chain with care.
- Avoid chemicals, perfumes, lotions, pools, and hot tubs.
- If your chain comes in contact with these, wash it with a gentle dish soap and a soft brush. Dry thoroughly and polish with a jewelry cloth.
- If your chain is looking dull, clean it with an appropriate chemical jewelry cleaner made for sterling silver or gold.
   

WHAT IS THE REPAIR AND WARRANTY POLICY?

- If you must remove your chain for a medical procedure or special event, cut it with a wire cutter or strong nail clipper at the welded ring. We can re-weld your chain for a $15 fee.
- If your chain comes apart at the welded ring in the first 30 days, we will re-weld it for no charge.
- If your chain breaks within the first 30-60 days, we will repair it for a $15 fee.
- If your chain breaks and is lost within the first 60 days, we will replace it at a 50% discount. Charms not included.
- After 60 days, your jewelry is your responsibility and no discounted replacements will be given.
